Tshingwala Attorneys, Conveyancers & Notaries Inc is a dynamic South African law firm providing comprehensive litigation, commercial, conveyancing, and notarial services to individual and corporate clients.

The firm was originally established in 2021 as a sole proprietorship and duly registered with the Legal Practice Council. In 2022, the practice was successfully incorporated as Tshingwala Attorneys Inc, reflecting its growth, expanded service offering, and long-term vision as a full-service legal practice.

We pride ourselves on delivering practical, strategic, and results-driven legal solutions, underpinned by professional excellence, integrity, and responsiveness. Our practice is client-centred and solutions-focused, offering tailored legal advice that is commercially sound and legally robust.

As a firm with a strong litigation and commercial law backbone, we routinely act in Magistrates’ Courts, High Courts, specialised tribunals, and regulatory forums, while also advising clients on complex transactional, governance, and compliance matters. Director

Tshingwala Mulalo (LLB) University of Venda

Mr Mulalo Tshingwala is the founder and director of Tshingwala Attorneys Inc. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Venda, obtained in 2012, and completed the School for Legal Practice in Polokwane with distinction.

He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in October 2013, and subsequently gained extensive experience in both private practice and public sector litigation. In 2014, he joined the Office of the State Attorney, where he served as an Assistant State Attorney and was exposed to a wide spectrum of complex civil, constitutional, and administrative law matters.

Mr Tshingwala was admitted as a Conveyancer in 2021 and as a Notary Public in 2022, further strengthening the firm’s ability to offer fully integrated legal services under one roof.

With over a decade of post-admission experience, Mr Tshingwala has developed particular expertise in:

Medical malpractice and personal injury claims
Commercial and corporate law
Mining, environmental, and regulatory law
